How to connect the controller

  • Wired to inverters, battery and energy meter (RS485, Modbus RTU).

Partner programme — frequently asked questions

Do I need specialist IT skills?

No. Experience installing solar PV and batteries is enough. We set up your first installation together with you.

Which devices does sunvibe work with?

We work with inverters and batteries from Huawei, SMA, Sungrow, GoodWe, SolarEdge, Deye and others. If you install other equipment, get in touch and we’ll check compatibility.

Does sunvibe meet the EMS requirement of Poland’s PME2 subsidy?

Yes. The Home Energy Storage programme requires an EMS that controls charging and discharging by time profiles and analyses weather or economic data. sunvibe does this, and we provide the EMS description for the acceptance protocol.

Do I get remote access to my customers’ installations?

Yes. In the installer dashboard you see your customers’ installations: battery and inverter operation, the control plan and alarms. You can answer most questions without a site visit.

Can I offer sunvibe to businesses and solar farms?

Yes. The same system runs business storage and PV farms, including sites above 1 MW and 1 MWh, with SCADA and EMS modules.

What are the financial terms?

Customer prices and your remuneration are agreed individually, depending on the scale and type of partnership. We’ll discuss them after you apply.
